Terms of Service
The terms for using aisutra.dev and ordering an AISutra audit. Last updated October 3, 2026.
1. The service
AISutra provides an AI Visibility Audit: an analysis of a public website that produces an AI Readiness Score, supporting evidence, prioritized recommendations, and draft fixes, delivered as a report. Audits are currently offered for industries we have announced as available.
2. Who may order
You may order an audit only for a website you own or are authorized to have audited. By ordering you confirm that authorization. We may decline or stop an audit if we doubt it, if the site's robots.txt disallows AISutraBot, or if the site blocks our crawler.
3. What the score means, and what we do not promise
The AISutra score measures observable AI and search readiness: how clearly a public website states the facts AI systems look for. It is not a ranking and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or that any AI assistant or search engine will show, mention or recommend your business. Those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party systems that change without notice.
Audits reflect the public pages we could read on the day of the audit. Reports include drafts and suggestions; you are responsible for verifying all facts and any legal or licensing statements before publishing them.
4. Price, payment and refunds
The price is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation (the introductory price is $49; the regular price is $99). Implementation and fix services are separate and agreed separately. If we cannot complete your audit (for example, your site blocks our crawler or is not in a supported industry), we will refund you in full. If you believe your report contains a factual error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it and correct it.
5. Your report and our materials
Your report is licensed to you for your own business use. You may share it with your team and service providers. You may not resell it or present AISutra's methodology as your own. AISutra, its scoring rules and software remain our property.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AISutra to audit sites you are not authorized to audit, to overload or attack any site, or to break the law. We may refuse service for misuse.
7. Third-party sites and systems
AISutra reads your public website only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party websites, listings, review platforms, search engines, or AI assistants.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service and reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISutra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit in question.
