Who we are
AISutra ("we", "us") provides AI-readiness audits of small-business websites at aisutra.dev. Contact: hello@aisutra.dev.
What we collect
- Order details you give us at checkout (collected by Stripe and shared with us): your name, your email address, the website address to audit, and your confirmation that you may authorize the audit. Before checkout, we ask for your business type so we can tell you if we do not audit your industry yet.
- Audit data: the public pages we read from the site you ask us to audit, and the results we produce from them (your report).
- Payment information: handled by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store card numbers.
- Correspondence: emails you send us.
- Basic hosting logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and requested pages to deliver and secure this website.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
To confirm your order, perform the audit, deliver and support your report, communicate with you, keep our service secure, and improve AISutra in aggregate (for example, tuning detection rules). We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Some audits include an optional AI-written summary of your business. For those, text from your public web pages is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the summary. The summary is advisory and does not affect your score.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run AISutra (hosting, email, payment processing by Stripe, and the AI provider above) and where required by law. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep order details, audit data and reports for up to 12 months so you can request follow-up questions or a before-and-after comparison, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep records longer. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential emails, by emailing hello@aisutra.dev. Website owners can control our crawler through robots.txt (see AISutraBot).
Children
AISutra is a business service and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
